About Jordyn
Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, behavioral health, and evidence-based nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults. I support clients in building a more peaceful relationship with food through compassionate, individualized care.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition care should be compassionate, collaborative, and realistic. My goal is to help clients make sustainable progress while feeling supported, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food, body image, and health behaviors with curiosity and self-compassion. I meet each person where they are and tailor care to their unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
Your first session with Jordyn
In our first session, we’ll talk about your relationship with food, current challenges, health history, and the goals you’d like to work toward. This is also a chance for me to learn more about your routines, support system, and any past experiences with nutrition or treatment. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll begin building a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and manageable.
