“I really enjoyed my first session. I was not a fan of even getting started and ha ls my reservations but Chrissa was very knowledgeable and able to accommodate my diet plan to my needs and really only focus on what is important without making the change feel like a whiplash. She eorked to make sure the diet iworks for me and my currents habits and ensuring that I would be able to frel full and not dtarve in the name of hitting the calories or protein numbers. I am very pleased! “
