About Zeina

Food and teaching have always gone hand in hand for me. I bring two years of clinical experience and an MS in Nutrition Science from the University of Central Arkansas to every patient conversation. As an RDN and LDN I draw on hospital-based care, a background in personal training and health coaching, and experience as a food safety instructor to support safe, practical behavior change. Outside of work I enjoy cooking and recipe development, fitness, travel, and creating health education content that helps people feel confident with their food choices.

Approach to care

I center care on the whole person, using current research to guide clear, practical steps while holding space for your experience. My counseling is evidence-based and warm, with straightforward strategies we can try together and adjust as needed. I provide empathetic, patient-centered care that is warm, holistic, and grounded focusing on sustainable habits, not quick fixes. Education and accountability are part of the plan, so you leave feeling empowered to make long-term changes that fit your life.

Your first session with Zeina

We'll start by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, then take time to explore your relationship with food so we can understand patterns and challenges. Together we'll set realistic short-term goals and create an initial meal plan tailored to your routine. This is a judgment-free, collaborative conversation, so you don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Expect clear next steps and support as we begin making sustainable changes.
