About Zainab

Hi, I’m Zainab, a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience helping individuals use nutrition to improve their health in a meaningful, sustainable way. There's a lot of noise when it comes to food and health, and my focus is on helping you cut through it all and understand what truly works for your body, your condition, and your lifestyle.

Approach to care

My approach is realistic, supportive, and judgment-free. That means no extremes, no “perfect diet,” and no guilt around food. Food is such a central part of our lives, it’s how we connect, celebrate, and take care of ourselves. My goal is to bridge the gap between what you’ve been told about your health and what you can realistically do about it every day, using nutrition as the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. I believe a big part of improving your health is building a positive relationship with food and creating habits you can actually stick with long term. We focus on sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle and help you feel more relaxed and confident around food.

Your first session with Zainab

In your first session, we’ll start by getting to know you, your goals, your routine, your health history, and what’s been working (and not working) so far. This is a chance for you to share your story and for me to really understand what matters most to you. From there, I’ll guide you through my approach and begin introducing relevant nutrition education in a way that feels clear and not overwhelming. Together, we’ll start identifying small, realistic changes that fit into your life and feel doable. I love teaching, so you’ll always understand the “why” behind what we’re doing, not just what to eat. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll take it step-by-step and build a plan that works for you. I’m here to support you every step of the way!
