About William

I bring four years as a registered dietitian to every appointment, supported by an MS in Nutrition Therapy from Saint Louis University and licensure as an RD/RDN and LD/LDN. My experience spans private practice, clinical settings, community health, and sports nutrition, so I understand care across settings from acute needs to performance-focused and everyday life. Outside of providing excellent nutrition care, you'll find me mountain biking, rock climbing, DJing, camping, hiking, fishing, cooking, and/or tackling a home renovation. I am passionate about helping clients identify, create, and sustain changes that improve health and meet personal goals!

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy guide how I practice. With training as an RDN and a science-first mindset, I translate current research into practical, actionable steps for my clients. I work from a weight-neutral, whole-person perspective, addressing sleep, stress, activity, and your relationship with food rather than chasing a number on the scale. Sessions are judgment-free and educational, focused on building sustainable habits you can maintain. I aim to be direct when we need clarity, and supportive as we adjust strategies to fit your real life.

Your first session with William

Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we build rapport and clarify what matters most to you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, take a deep look at your relationship with food, and establish a couple of short-term, achievable goals. The visit is tailored to your needs, so you don't need to have everything figured out in advance. We'll leave with clear, practical next steps and a plan for steady, sustainable progress that fits your life.
