āVivian has been such a blessing on my health journey. Sheās incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens to my needs and challenges. What I appreciate most is how she adjusts my macros in a way thatās realistic for my lifestyle, keeping me accountable without ever making me feel pressured. About Vivian
Hi, Iām Vivian. Iām a Registered Dietitian with 3 years of experience and credentials that include an MPH and PhD, plus LD. My formal education includes a Doctorate in Preventive Care, a Masterās in Nutrition, and a Bachelorās in Psychology. Iāve worked across clinical hospitals, private practice, community health, and sports nutrition, and I love translating science into practical tools for daily life. Outside the clinic, youāll find me running marathons, hiking, enjoying the beach, visiting dog parks, and trying new coffee shops. I aim to keep care warm, human, and grounded.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based nutrition with empathy and practicality. I stay current with research to guide our plan, but I meet you where you are and tailor steps to your life. Weāll translate science into doable actions, building lasting habits rather than quick fixes. I practice from a weight-neutral lens with a Health at Every Size mindset, focusing on behaviors that improve health and well being rather than numbers alone. Itās a holistic approach that honors mental, emotional, and physical health, and I educate along the way so you feel confident in your choices.
Your first session with Vivian
Our first appointment is all about you. Weāll review your medical history, any lab work or biometrics, and together set short-term goals that feel achievable. You donāt need to have everything figured out yet; this is a low-pressure conversation where we learn what matters most to you. Iāll listen with empathy, ask clear questions, and translate what we find into simple actions. By the end, youāll leave with a couple of concrete next steps and a plan weāll follow together.
