About Tori
Hi, I’m Tori! I’m a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers, where I’ve worked with patients navigating major surgery, cancer treatment, and complex digestive conditions. My background includes post-operative nutrition, GI disorders, and advanced nutrition support such as tube feeding and TPN. I enjoy helping people understand the why behind what’s happening in their bodies and turning complex medical nutrition into clear, practical strategies.
Approach to care
My approach is practical, individualized, and judgment-free. I don’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” and I’m not here to hand you a rigid plan that doesn’t fit your life. Instead, we'll focus on small, sustainable changes that support your health goals. Whether you're looking to improve lab values, stabilize blood sugar, support heart health, or maintain weight during cancer treatment, you can expect supportive guidance and recommendations grounded in clinical experience and tailored to what actually works for you. While improving health markers and physical comfort is a priority, our work together isn’t centered on strict dieting or rigid food rules.
Your first session with Tori
During our first session, we’ll review your medical and nutrition history, current concerns, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll review any relevant labs, medications, and daily routine so we can create a plan that makes sense for your life. You don’t need to come prepared with a perfect goal. We’ll identify a few practical starting points and build from there.
