About Tiffany

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Rutgers in 2005, I spent the next 20 years working in hospital clinical settings and outpatient endocrinology. As an RD and CDCES, I enjoy translating medical nutrition therapy into practical steps that fit busy lives. I live and work in New Jersey, and outside the office you’ll often find me cooking new recipes, walking with a podcast, swinging kettlebells, or planning my next trip. I bring clinical experience and a real-world lens to every conversation, and I aim to make nutrition care warm, understandable, and doable.

Approach to care

Good nutrition care pairs solid science with kindness. I use current research and proven protocols to guide decisions, while staying rooted in a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size perspective that emphasizes behaviors and wellbeing over scale numbers. I want us to learn together so you feel empowered to make sustainable changes. Expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we set clear, practical steps, track progress, and adjust plans to fit your life, not force your life to fit a diet.

Your first session with Tiffany

Expect an unhurried conversation focused on getting to know you, your routines, and what matters most. We’ll review your medical history, medications, daily habits, and previous attempts so we can understand the whole picture. You do not need to have answers or a perfect plan before you come. I’ll listen, answer your questions, and together we’ll pick one or two realistic steps to start, with follow-up plans that emphasize sustainability and slow, steady progress.
