About Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany, a Registered Dietitian (MS, LD, RD) with 3 years of experience helping people feel more confident around food. I earned my Master of Science in Medical Nutrition Therapy and have worked in both clinical hospital settings and private practice, which has given me a broad perspective on health beyond the scale. I support patients with weight management, metabolic health, women’s health, and building sustainable nutrition habits. I’m also a mom of three, so I understand the challenge of feeding a family where everyone has their own tastes and preferences. My personal experiences with emotional eating and binge eating have shaped the way I practice—with empathy and a focus on sustainable change rather than perfection. I also understand firsthand how hormonal changes and menopause can influence metabolism, energy, and body composition.
Approach to care
My approach to care is grounded in evidence, empathy, and practical education. I work collaboratively with patients to translate nutrition science into realistic steps that fit into everyday life. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or restrictive dieting, I prioritize sustainable habits, nourishment, and long-term wellbeing. I also believe education is empowering. I often help patients better understand their metabolism, macronutrients, and how their individual needs may change over time. Together, we explore how factors like sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle, and emotions influence eating patterns and overall health. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and capable of fueling your body in a way that supports lasting health.
Your first session with Tiffany
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your health history, labs and/or biometrics, and talk through your current habits, goals, and relationship with food to better understand patterns, concerns, and strengths. You’ll also receive some foundational nutrition education, including an overview of metabolism and macronutrients, and how your individual needs are unique to you. My goal is to help you begin understanding how to fuel your body in a way that supports your health, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Together, we’ll identify 1–2 realistic steps to focus on before our next session and start building a plan that fits your pace and preferences.
