About Taylor
Food and stories have shaped my curiosity about health since college. I earned my MS in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Georgia and have spent four years as a Registered Dietitian working in community health and in both inpatient and outpatient eating disorder settings. As an RDN I blend evidence-based practice with warmth, and when I'm not working you'll find me reading, baking, or watching films. I hope to inspire others, support their dietary goals, and give practical tools to live long, healthy lives.
Approach to care
Nutrition should be education and empowerment, grounded in science and delivered without judgment. As an RDN I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors and wellbeing rather than weight. We'll use evidence-based strategies and clear, practical steps to make change doable. I listen first, then offer targeted actions and explanations so you're equipped to make informed choices that last, addressing mental, emotional, and physical pieces of health together.
Your first session with Taylor
Plan for a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we get curious about your history, routines, wins, and frustrations. You don't need to have it all figured out. I'll review what matters most for your health and together we'll establish one or two short-term goals that feel realistic. You'll leave with clear next steps, practical tools, and a sense that we're working toward sustainable change together.
