About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor! I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in private practice. I hold a double Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition, Food & Exercise and Food Science & Technology. My passion for nutrition started long before my career. As a Division I soccer player in college, I experienced firsthand how powerful nutrition can be for performance, energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing. That personal journey sparked a lifelong interest in helping others feel their best through sustainable, balanced nutrition. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across hospital settings, private practice, corporate wellness, research, community health, sports nutrition, and media nutrition. Today, my work focuses on empowering individuals on how to take control of their health, build a healthier relationship with food and their body, while improving long-term wellbeing.
Approach to care
My philosophy is simple: nutrition should support your life, not control it. Food is more than just nutrients, it’s culture, connection, celebration, travel, and enjoyment. Some of life’s best moments happen around a table and a good meal with the people we love. My goal is to help you find a way of eating that supports both your health and the life you want to live. I’m especially passionate about women’s health, longevity, metabolic health, and helping people reconnect with their bodies and their relationship with food. I take a holistic approach that looks beyond calories or meal plans to consider the full picture of your lifestyle, including stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily habits. I also love cooking and recipe development and have been creating recipes and nutrition strategies for over 15 years. Meal prepping, simple cooking strategies, and practical kitchen skills are some of my favorite tools to help clients build consistency and confidence with food.
Your first session with Taylor
In our first appointment we’ll review your health history, explore your relationship with food, and talk through your lifestyle and health goals. Together, we’ll identify both short- and long-term goals and begin building a realistic wellness blueprint that feels balanced and sustainable. We may also review labs or biometrics to better understand your health. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet, just show up as you are! I’ll listen, share insights, and help you leave with a clear, supportive starting point!
