About Taylor
I've always been curious about how food fits into real, everyday life, not just what we âshouldâ do, but what actually works when life is full, messy, and human. I studied at Nicholls State University and have spent the past 10 years working as a registered, licensed dietitian in both hospital settings and private practice, including experience at one of the top-ranked hospitals in the world. That experience allows me to support more complex needs, including oncology care, while still keeping things practical, flexible, and grounded in your day-to-day life. If youâve ever felt stuck, inconsistent, or like youâre âdoing it wrong,â youâre not alone, and you donât have to figure it out by yourself. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters to you, and help you move forward in a way that feels supportive, doable, and sustainable.
Approach to care
Whether youâre navigating cancer treatment side effects, feeling stuck in ADHD burnout around food, or simply wanting to be able to eat without fear, you donât have to figure it out alone. Together, weâll create simple, practical steps that feel doable and clear, so you can build confidence and see progress in a way that actually lasts. I take a Health at Every Size, weight-neutral approach, focusing on your behaviors and overall well-being rather than a number on the scale. I also hold space for the mental and emotional side of things, because those pieces matter just as much. Education is a big part of our work together, so youâll understand the âwhyâ behind each step and feel empowered to make choices that truly work for you long term.
Your first session with Taylor
Your first session is really about getting to know you, not fixing everything all at once. Weâll take our time talking through your story, your routines, your relationship with food, and whatâs been feeling hard lately. Iâll ask thoughtful questions so I can understand the full picture, not just what youâre eating, but how your life, stress, health, and experiences all connect. There is no pressure to have it all figured out or to make big changes right away. This is a space to feel heard, supported, and understood. By the end, we may identify a few gentle starting points

Hobbies
When Iâm not supporting people with food and body confidence, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors with my adventurous Border Collie, Lola, hiking, day-tripping, or soaking up nature. I also love coffee, reading, and getting creative with ceramics, finding joy in hands-on projects that help me slow down and stay present.
