About Tasha
Hello and welcome! āŗļø As someone who struggled with chronic health issues from a young age, I know firsthand how frustrating it can feel to deal with symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, inflammation, digestive issues, joint pain, and low mood. For years I didnāt feel like myself, and I understand how exhausting it can be when youāre searching for answers. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I was able to transform my own healthāand that experience is what led me to become a dietitian. Now Iām passionate about helping others get to the root of their symptoms so they can feel better, have more energy, and truly enjoy their lives again. In our work together, we focus on the foundational pillars of health including nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. My goal is to help you better understand your body and create sustainable changes that support long-term health and healing. If you're ready to take the next step toward feeling better, Iād love to support you on your health journey.
Approach to care
My goal is to truly listen and understand you and your unique experiences. No two people are the same, which means your care and nutrition plan shouldnāt be either. I view health through a whole-person lens, focusing on wellness rather than just diagnoses or symptoms. Many chronic health concerns are influenced by a combination of factors such as nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, environmental exposures, and life experiences. Together, weāll explore how these pieces may be affecting your health. I believe in empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to take an active role in your health and healing. My aim is to help you better understand your body, identify possible root causes of dysfunction and inflammation, and create practical, sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.
Your first session with Tasha
Our first session is all about getting to know you and understanding the bigger picture of your health. Weāll spend time discussing your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, nutrition patterns, stress levels, sleep, and any goals you have for your health. This helps me see how the different pieces of your life and health may be connected. My goal during this first session is to listen carefully and help you feel heard and supported. Together, weāll begin identifying possible root contributors to your symptoms and discuss practical steps you can start taking right away. Before we finish, weāll create a personalized plan with realistic next steps so you leave the session feeling clear, empowered, and confident about where to begin.
