About Sydney
Clinical rotations taught me that small, practical changes compound into lasting health. I'm a Registered Dietitian with an MPS in Leadership in Nutrition returning to the field after time off being a family caregiver. I enjoy translating nutrition science into approachable, sustainable steps and bringing warmth to problem solving with each patient. Outside the clinic you'll find me strength training, experimenting in the kitchen, or treasure-hunting while thrifting.
Approach to care
I practice from a weight-neutral perspective that focuses on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. We'll set clear, actionable steps and I will teach the reasoning behind them so you can make informed choices. I consider mental, emotional, and physical factors, and I work collaboratively to build plans we can adjust together as life changes.
Your first session with Sydney
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll take a deep dive into your relationship with food. We'll talk about routines, challenges, what has worked or not, and how nutrition fits into your daily life. Together we'll establish short-term goals so you leave with clarity and momentum. You don't need to have it all figured out beforehand, we'll figure out the next steps step by step.
