About Simone

Nutrition has been my compass for more than a decade. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition and completing an MPH, I became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have spent 11 years working in hospital settings and private practice. Those experiences taught me to marry evidence-based care with everyday life. Outside of work I practice yoga, get lost in a good book or a puzzle, and tend my houseplants. I'm passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them become the healthiest versions of themselves.

Approach to care

Guided by research and compassion, I bring evidence-based recommendations into a warm, nonjudgmental space. I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behavior change and sustainable habits rather than weight goals. We'll translate science into clear, achievable steps and address mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors that shape eating. I aim to be both supportive and action-oriented, teaching you the why behind strategies so you can make informed choices that stick over the long term.

Your first session with Simone

When you arrive for the first visit we'll spend time reviewing your medical history and taking a deep look at your relationship with food, routines, and what feels challenging. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation, so you don't need to have all the answers. Together we'll set short-term, realistic goals and begin crafting a customized plan that fits your life. You'll leave with a clear next step and the confidence that we'll adapt the plan as we learn what works for you.
