About Savannah
After earning a BS and an MS in Nutritional Science Dietetics, I moved into clinical hospital work where I learned how to simplify medical nutrition into realistic next steps. As an RD and licensed dietitian with experience with adults, pediatrics, and neonatal patients, I’m passionate about taking the stress and overwhelm out of eating and making nutrition fun again! I enjoy cooking, reading, running, and making lots and lots of coffee, and I bring that same curiosity to creating recipes that meet your goals or walking you through nutrition needs for your little ones!
Approach to care
Grounding recommendations in current science keeps our work focused and practical, while a warm, nonjudgmental stance makes change feel possible. I practice through "big picture" lens, honoring the whole person, including mental and emotional factors. We’ll move from understanding the evidence to simple, direct actions you can try, while I teach you the why behind each step so habits stick for the long term.
Your first session with Savannah
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll explore your routines, wins, and frustrations so I can better understand what will actually fit your life and your little one's life, too. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Together we’ll set one or two short-term goals and walk away with clear, step-by-step actions to try. My goal is to reduce nerves and make progress feel manageable and sustainable.
