About Savannah
Helping people feel their best is what drew me into nutrition. I bring three years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian and licensed dietitian, supported by a Bachelors in Science of Food and Nutrition and Masters of Food and Nutrition Science in Nutrition from Ohio University. My clinical and community health work in Columbus, Ohio, taught me to meet people where they are and design personalized, sustainable habits. Outside of seeing patients you'll find me doing yoga or pilates, cooking and baking, reading, or dancing and listening to music to recharge.
Approach to care
Grounded in current research, I combine science with practical, real-life strategies so we can build lasting change together. I practice weight-neutral care and focus on behaviors and wellbeing, not on restrictive rules or numbers. I aim to educate you on the why behind recommendations, while keeping our work holistic and compassionate. We'll set clear, action-oriented steps that fit your life, so progress feels manageable and sustainable without judgment.
Your first session with Savannah
When we meet, we'll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about your medical history and any recent lab work or biometrics. I want to understand your routines, priorities, and what has or hasn't worked before, so we can set one or two short-term goals that feel doable. You don't need to have it all figured out. We'll translate information into practical next steps and leave with a clear plan you feel confident taking into your daily life.
