About Sasha
After seven years working in clinical settings, I bring a practical, science-rooted perspective to nutrition that feels personal and doable. I earned my BS in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and practice as an RD, so I’m comfortable translating complex medical needs into clear, realistic steps. I love teaching patients small, sustainable habits, and outside of work I unwind by cooking, baking, and taking barre classes that keep me energized.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the care I offer, and empathy shapes how we move forward together. I combine current research with clear, action-oriented steps so we'll have concrete things to try between visits. My work is weight-neutral and behavior-focused, looking at the whole person, including medical factors, routines, and emotions. I prioritize education so you'll understand why changes matter, and we adjust plans based on what fits your life for lasting results.
Your first session with Sasha
Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and establish a couple of short-term goals that feel achievable. You don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand, just bring your questions and honest observations. I’ll listen, ask focused questions, and offer practical, evidence-based options. By the end we’ll leave with one or two manageable steps and a follow-up plan we’ll build on together.
