I know what it’s like to struggle with food and exercise, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, understanding, and guidance that works for them. Now, I’ve built a lifestyle where I feel strong, energized, and confident - and I’m here to help you do the same in a way that fits your life. I love helping individuals build sustainable habits that support both their physical and mental well-being. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone realize what they’re capable of, gain confidence in their body, and create a lifestyle that feels balanced and enjoyable. Whether your goal is improving your food choices, building consistency, boosting overall health, or simply feeling more confident in your routine, I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
Approach to care
My approach is all about meeting you where you are and creating a plan that fits your life. I guide clients through three key phases: Phase 1: DISCOVER- We take a closer look at your current habits, routines, and patterns. Together, we build awareness and identify areas for growth to create a strong foundation. Phase 2: STRENGTHEN- We begin building consistency through practice, accountability, and education - helping your habits feel natural, sustainable, and part of your everyday life. Phase 3: SUSTAIN & THRIVE- You’ll develop confidence and independence as you create a long-term rhythm that supports your health and overall well-being. Throughout each phase, we focus on four key pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Accountability, and Mindset - because true, lasting change goes beyond just food and exercise.
Your first session with Sarah
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll explore your health history, current habits, routines, and motivations so I can understand your unique story and what you want to achieve. From there, we’ll begin building the foundation for your long-term success by identifying 2–3 actionable habits that support your overall goals. We’ll also discuss follow-up sessions so we can celebrate wins, work through challenges, and continue building habits that support your goals. You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way!
