About Sarah
From outpatient clinics and hospital care to corporate wellness seminars and eating disorder treatment, I’ve spent the past 10 years translating nutrition science into practical, sustainable habits for my clients. I earned a BS in Nutrition Science from Baylor University and an MS in Nutrition Science from California State University, Long Beach. I bring clinical experience and a down-to-earth mindset to every visit. When I’m not working, I love cooking, listening to music, playing tennis, running, doing pilates, traveling, and spending time with my family. I truly believe every client can achieve their goals with the right support, and I’m excited to be part of your support system.
Approach to care
I ground my work in current evidence while keeping the conversation warm and nonjudgmental. Using a Health At Every Size perspective, I focus on behaviors, not weight, and we’ll prioritize changes you can sustain long term. Together we will identify actionable steps that fit your life, while also addressing sleep, stress, movement, and emotional wellness. Education and practical accountability matter to me, so I’ll help you understand why recommendations work, and we’ll adjust our plan to maintain forward progress.
Your first session with Sarah
Plan for a relaxed, information-forward conversation. I will review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, and together we’ll explore your current routines, short-term needs, and long-term goals. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure meeting, so you do not need to have everything figured out beforehand. By the end we’ll agree on a few realistic short-term goals and clear next steps towards your best health.
