About Sania
Nutrition drew me in as a way to combine science and everyday life. I completed a BS/MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and have worked in clinical hospital settings, which taught me how to translate research into practical care. As an RD with an MS, I bring one year of hands-on experience supporting patients in NYC. Outside the clinic you'll find me hiking, cooking new recipes, or taking long walks around the city. I value realistic changes that fit your routine and your rhythms.

I center care on current evidence while keeping things human and doable. We'll use science-backed strategies to guide decisions, but nothing is one-size-fits-all. I work in a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size framework, focusing on behaviors, wellbeing, and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we build a roadmap together. We'll review your medical history, take a deep dive into your relationship with food, and look over any lab work or biometrics you have. You don't need to have answers or perfect tracking, just bring your questions and experiences. We'll leave with clear, manageable next steps and a plan that feels realistic for your life in NYC.
