About Saduf

After fifteen years in mental health practice and a personal health journey marked by misdiagnoses, dismissed symptoms, and no one looking at the whole picture β€” an accidental dietary experiment in 2013 changed everything. What followed was a complete transformation, a second degree in nutrition and dietetics, and a new mission: making sure nobody has to suffer for years waiting to get lucky. Fifteen years of behavioral health experience, clinical precision, and lived understanding of chronic illness shape everything I bring to this work. Because the right tests, the right plan, and the right practitioner change everything.

Approach to care

Food, health, and habits are deeply personal, and I center evidence-based care without judgment. I translate current research into clear, practical steps we can test together, focusing on sustainable behavior change rather than quick fixes. I address weight as a health outcome when clinically indicated, working toward meaningful improvements in metabolic markers, daily function, and quality of life. Sessions are warm and educational β€” I give direct, actionable strategies while honoring the whole person, including the mental and social influences on eating. We set realistic goals, track what works, and adapt plans so changes stick long term.

Your first session with Saduf

We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share, so we have the full picture. I will help translate those results into simple, actionable steps, and together we'll establish one or two short-term lifestyle changes that feel realistic and manageable. This appointment is low-pressure and judgment-free, and you don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Expect clear explanations, practical next steps, and a collaborative plan built around sustainable lifestyle change β€” one we can adjust as you make progress.
