About Robin
After earning my degree from Bowling Green State University, I spent 5 years as an RDN working in skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings, helping people with both acute and ongoing nutrition needs. I’m passionate about guiding patients toward moderation and balance, building small, sustainable habits that support long-term wellness rather than quick fixes. Outside work I read, bake, hike, and tend a garden, and I bring that same curiosity and practicality to the care I offer.
Approach to care
Food is more than nutrients, it carries culture, comfort, and science. As an RDN, I combine current evidence with a warm, nonjudgmental stance, working from a weight-neutral Health at Every Size perspective so we focus on behaviors and wellbeing rather than a number on the scale. We’ll translate research into clear, practical steps, I’ll teach the why behind recommendations, and together we’ll set measurable actions that fit your life for lasting change.
Your first session with Robin
During the initial visit we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, so I can understand the full picture. We’ll talk about your routines, what’s been working, and where you want to go, then establish short-term, achievable goals together. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation, you don’t need to have everything figured out. You’ll leave with clear next steps and the reassurance that we’ll adjust the plan as needed.
