About Robert
Food has always been at the center of my curiosity, from testing recipes to thinking about how meals shape mood and performance. With an MS in Nutritional Sciences and one year practicing as an RDN, I draw on experience across clinical care, private practice, sports nutrition, community health, and research to help people make realistic changes. Outside the clinic you'll often find me cooking, walking, or moving in ways that keep me energized. I enjoy translating science into simple strategies you can actually fit into your life.
Approach to care
Science guides the recommendations I bring, and empathy shapes how we use them. I approach nutrition through a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens, valuing the whole person rather than a number on a scale. We'll look at sleep, stress, movement, and the social side of food, and I’ll explain the evidence so you can make informed choices. Together we'll set clear, practical steps that build sustainable habits, with room to adjust as life changes and no judgment along the way.
Your first session with Robert
We’ll spend our first visit exploring your relationship with food, what’s working, and what feels frustrating. I’ll review your medical history and daily routines so we can connect the dots between health and habits. This is a low-pressure conversation, so you don’t need to have everything figured out. By the end we’ll agree on one or two short-term goals and a clear, practical plan to get started together.
