About Regina

Food and creativity come together in my work, shaped by nine years as an RD, LD, across clinical hospital settings, private practice, holistic nutrition, and senior nutrition. I hold degrees in Nutrition and Nursing, plus culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, so I enjoy blending research-backed guidance with flavorful, practical cooking. I love exploring cuisines through travel and online, trying to recreate dishes, moving my body with everything from kickboxing to hiking, and diving into books and podcasts on different health approaches. I’m passionate about helping people break the diet cycle and feel amazing while enjoying their food.

Approach to care

I combine evidence-based science with a compassionate, whole-person perspective to help people build habits that last. We'll focus on practical, research-informed steps and measurable goals, while honoring mental and emotional wellbeing. My work is weight-neutral and behavior-focused, so we look beyond numbers to what actually fits your life. Education is central, I explain the why behind recommendations so you feel empowered. Together we'll create clear, manageable strategies that are sustainable and judgment-free.

Your first session with Regina

Expect a relaxed, curious conversation where we take a deep dive into your relationship with food, review your medical history, and identify one or two short-term goals to get started. You don't need to have everything figured out or a perfect food log. We'll talk about what’s worked, what feels hard, and practical steps you can try between visits. The process is collaborative and low pressure, focused on learning and steady progress rather than quick fixes.
