About Rebecca
Food and movement have been central to how I live and work. I hold a BS in Nutritional Science and Dietetics and have spent 19 years practicing as a registered dietitian in outpatient, renal nutrition, and consulting. I have found that nutrition guidance works best when it fits real life. I am credentialed as a RD, LD, and LMNT later adding an MBA to broaden the way I support patients. I love pilates, cooking, reading, and sports. I am dedicated to educating individuals about nutrition and supporting them in achieving lasting goals.
Approach to care
Evidence should guide our decisions, and kindness should guide our conversations. I combine science-based protocols with a warm, nonjudgmental stance so we can focus on practical, sustainable change rather than quick fixes or diet rules. We’ll set clear steps and realistic accountability together, focusing on behaviors and overall well-being in a weight-neutral way. I aim to educate and empower you, addressing physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors so changes stick long term.
Your first session with Rebecca
Expect a conversation that feels collaborative and low-pressure. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food so I can see the whole picture. Together we'll establish short-term goals that feel manageable and meaningful. You don’t need to have all the answers beforehand, just come as you are, and we'll create clear next steps you can actually use.
