About Rebecca

Sympathetic and energetic expert in nutrition. Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with 20 years experience. Master's of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Almost completed PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. 10 years experience in one on one nutrition counseling with excellent results, mostly for weight loss but also other areas such as autoimmune disease.

Approach to care

Meeting patients where they are at and making realistic changes. Small changes add up! Also discovering the underlying imbalances and deficits that connect and cause disease/symptoms. A Functional Medicine/Integrative Nutrition approach that also respects patients' autonomy. Delivering helpful knowledge about how nutrition and body systems work as well as providing encouragement.

Your first session with Rebecca

A life-long health history to discover what imbalances may be at play (in the Functional Medicine fashion). Also some useful tips and guidelines to put in to practice before next session. Assignment will be given to record food intake in an easy way for review next session. All is judgement-free.
