About Raymond

Food and curiosity steered me from textbooks to patient rooms. I earned an MS in Food and Nutrition and practice as a Registered Dietitian, bringing two years of hands-on experience across hospitals, long-term care, community health, and bariatric clinics. I love testing recipes, hiking local trails, camping with friends, gardening, building miniatures, gaming, and reading. Those hobbies keep my counseling practical and rooted in real life, so our plans will fit your routine and the things that matter to you.

Approach to care

Evidence guides what I recommend, but it only matters if it fits your life. I work from a weight-neutral lens, focusing on behaviors and sustainable habits that support health over the long term. We'll combine science-backed strategies with practical, direct action steps, and I’ll explain the why behind each choice so you can make informed decisions. My work is warm and nonjudgmental, holistic in scope, and focused on realistic accountability so we can adjust together as life changes.

Your first session with Raymond

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. We won't need a perfect plan from you, just your honest experiences. Together we'll identify short-term, achievable goals and map out practical next steps. This is the start of a professional and exciting journey, and we'll move forward at a pace that feels doable and respectful of your life.
