About Rachel
Hello! My name is Rachel Niles and I have been Dietitian since 2015. In 2009, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and worked closely with other dietitians to navigate a gluten-free lifestyle which inspired a change to this career. In February 2026, I completed a Certificate of Training in Celiac Disease and Gluten‑Related Disorders to ensure my knowledge reflects the most current evidence and clinical guidance. Additionally, I have nearly 5 years’ experience working with individuals to help manage the complex challenges associated with kidney disease. No matter what challenge you face, I would love to help you make changes to improve your health.
Approach to care
Open communication will be the foundation of our journey together. We’ll uncover the changes that feel most important to you in this chapter of your life by understanding your goals, challenges and unique circumstances. I’ll be alongside you to offer encouragement, support and resources to help you achieve victories both big and small.
Your first session with Rachel
We’ll take the time during your first appointment to really explore your "why" for joining Nourish. By listening to your story, your unique needs and your aspirations, we will create a plan that empowers you to feel confident and inspired by your choices as you begin your journey toward better health!
