About Rachel
I strongly believe nutrition is the foundation to good health and as a Registered Dietitian, I turn to evidence-based nutrition into realistic habits people can sustain. I believe healthful eating habits are established in childhood and that supplements or exercise alone cannot outweigh a poor diet. I meet patients where they are and work together to build lasting change.
Approach to care
I use current research to inform clear, practical steps while holding space for the whole person, not just labs or numbers. Together we’ll set manageable goals, troubleshoot barriers, and learn skills that fit your life, with education and accountability along the way. My work is weight-neutral and behavior-focused, so we prioritize sustainable habits and long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes or restrictive rules.
Your first session with Rachel
Expect a judgment-free conversation where I’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We’ll talk through what’s worked and what hasn’t, then establish one to two short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand. I’ll help translate your history and numbers into practical next steps, and together we’ll leave with a clear, sustainable plan to get started.
