About Preston
Iâm Preston, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian based in Texas with a background in sports nutrition and performance. As a former athlete, I understand the demands of training, competition, and balancing performance with everyday life. Iâve had the pleasure to work with athletes at every level, including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and served as a sports nutrition fellow with UNT Athletics supporting all teams. While my foundation is in performance nutrition, I work with both athletes and active individuals looking to improve their energy, body composition, and overall health. I specialize in building practical nutrition strategies that support performance, weight management, and overall health through practical, sustainable nutrition strategies.

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. Weâll review your goals, lifestyle, health history, and current nutrition habits to build a clear picture of where you are now. From there, weâll set short- and long-term goals and begin developing a personalized plan that fits your routine and supports your performance and overall health. Whether youâre just getting started or looking to refine what youâre already doing, youâll leave the session with a clear game plan and practical strategies you can begin applying right away.
