About Preetha

Food and conversation are what drew me into clinical nutrition. I earned an MS in Clinical Nutrition and have spent four years working as a registered dietitian in hospital settings, where I learned to blend evidence with compassionate care. As an RD and licensed dietitian I keep sessions supportive and conversational so patients feel heard and motivated. Outside the clinic I love cooking, hot yoga, and shopping for little kitchen finds, and I bring that same practicality and curiosity to building sustainable habits with you.

Approach to care

Centered on current research and a warm, judgment-free space, I help people build sustainable habits instead of chasing quick fixes. I work through a weight-neutral, behavior-focused, evidence-based lens, turning lab data and guidelines into clear, practical steps we'll try together. I attend to the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and emotions, and I teach the why behind recommendations so you gain the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes at a pace that fits your life.

Your first session with Preetha

We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics so we have a full picture. I also want to do a deep dive into your relationship with food, routines, and what feels challenging right now. Together we'll set short-term, achievable goals and create a practical meal plan you can use right away. There's no need to have everything figured out, this is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation aimed at small, sustainable steps you feel confident taking.
