About Piera
After years working on my own fitness journey and then as a personal trainer, I chose to become a dietitian to help others optimize physical fitness through nutrition. I have supported patients and clients in hospital and long-term care setting, collegiate sports, private practice, and fitness centers around Boston. When I'm not working I enjoy exercising, reading, cooking, and prioritizing self-care.
Approach to care
Nutrition counseling should be science-forward and practical. I use evidence-based strategies to give clear steps that are sustainable and tailored to your life. As an RD with personal training experience, we'll work together in a judgment-free space, learning the why behind recommendations so you can make confident, long-term choices that fit your whole life.
Your first session with Piera
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we explore your goals, routine, and what feels achievable to you. We'll review your history and any concerns and together we will establish short-term goals that are realistic and measurable. You don't need to have everything figured out before our visit. We'll leave with a clear, manageable plan and next steps that set you up for steady, sustainable progress.
