About Payal
Hello everyone, my name is Payal! Food and movement have always been my way of connecting with people. Over the past year, Iāve completed 1,300+ hours of supervised practice across clinical, hospital, campus wellness, and corporate wellness settings, including experiences at Le Bonheur Childrenās Hospital and Methodist University Hospital. These experiences have shaped my approach to be both evidence-based and holistic, recognizing the strong connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. Whether your goal is improving performance, building healthier habits, or simply feeling your best, I focus on creating realistic, sustainable plans that fit your life. Iām passionate about helping you build a positive, balanced relationship with food that supports both your health and your happiness.
Approach to care
My approach to care is supportive, practical, and individualized. I take time to understand your lifestyle and habits so we can build a plan that feels realistic, balanced, and sustainable. I focus on consistency over perfection, helping you develop strategies that make healthy eating approachable in your everyday life. My mission as a dietitian is to guide you in improving your relationship with food and your body by providing evidence-based nutrition education, realistic tools, and the confidence to make lasting changes. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to make choices that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Your first session with Payal
In our first session, expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. You donāt need to have it all figured out. I believe nutrition should feel enjoyable, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent changes can make a big difference.Weāll talk about routines, whatās worked and what hasnāt, and what feels realistic for your life, then establish short-term goals that are practical and achievable. My goal is to leave you with clear next steps, supportive accountability, and less confusion, not pressure.
