About Paul

Food and creativity have guided my career from the start. With 10 years as a registered dietitian and a B.S. in nutrition science plus a Master in Food Business from the Culinary Institute of America, I combine clinical training with culinary insight. I’ve worked in hospitals, private practice, corporate wellness, community health, and skilled nursing, and I bring that range into every plan. When I’m not working I’m cooking, painting, playing outdoors, or writing, and I use those same curious, practical instincts with my patients.

Approach to care

I center care on the whole person, blending science with empathy so change lasts. As an RDN I use evidence-based strategies while keeping the conversation judgment free and weight neutral. We’ll translate research into clear, doable steps that fit your lifestyle, focusing on behaviors rather than quick fixes. I prioritize education and practical skills, so together we build sustainable habits that respect your body, your emotions, and your life.

Your first session with Paul

Expect a comfortable, no-pressure conversation where we review your medical history and any recent labs or biometrics to understand the clinical picture. We’ll take a deep look at your relationship with food, what’s working, and what feels hard. Together we’ll set short-term, achievable goals and begin building a meal plan that fits your routine. You don’t need answers before we meet, just an honest starting point and a willingness to try a few new strategies.
