About Patrick

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who’s passionate about helping people cut through the noise and build sustainable, realistic habits that actually fit their lives. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, but just as importantly, I focus on practicality—because the best plan is the one you can stick to long term. I work with busy professionals who want to improve their health, lose weight, boost energy, and feel more in control around food without extreme restrictions or all-or-nothing thinking. Whether it’s simplifying meal prep, navigating eating out, or understanding how to build balanced meals, I aim to make nutrition feel approachable and doable. I have a strong interest in behavior change and helping clients move past common barriers like inconsistency, “food noise,” and burnout from dieting. My goal is to help you develop a healthier relationship with food while still making progress toward your goals.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is centered on sustainability, personalization, and evidence-based practice. I believe nutrition should support your life—not control it—so I focus on building habits that are realistic, flexible, and maintainable long term. I take a collaborative approach with my clients, meeting you where you are and helping you make progress without judgment or extremes. Rather than relying on strict rules or quick fixes, I emphasize understanding the “why” behind your choices so you can feel confident navigating food in any situation. I recognize that nutrition is more than just calories—it’s influenced by your schedule, stress, preferences, culture, and past experiences. Because of that, I tailor strategies to fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.

Your first session with Patrick

Your first session is all about getting to know you, your goals, your lifestyle, and what’s worked (or hasn’t worked) for you in the past. We’ll start by discussing your health history, current eating habits, schedule, and any challenges you’re facing, whether they by nutrition related or not! This isn’t about judgment, it’s about understanding the full picture so we can create a plan that actually fits your life. From there, we’ll clarify your goals and begin identifying a few key areas to focus on. Rather than overwhelming you with a long list of changes, I prioritize a small number of realistic, high-impact habits to get you started. There’s plenty of time for questions, and I encourage open conversation throughout. This is a collaborative process, and my goal is to make sure you feel supported, confident, and set up for success from day one.
