Patient reviews

  • โ€œShe has transformed the way that I think about food. I have tried every diet I can think of and nothing worked. She has shifted my focus and I cannot say enough good things about working with her. She has given me the tools I need to be successful. She takes a common sense approach to nutrition and she makes it easy for me to stay on track. I would not be where I am today without her guidance!! โ€œ

About Patricia

Food and movement have always felt like home to me. After studying at Queens College (CUNY) Iโ€™ve spent five years working as a Registered Dietitian across hospital, private practice, and sports nutrition settings. My training as an RDN, along with CDCES, CNSC, and CDN credentials, helps me translate science into practical plans. I love cooking and eating delicious, nutritious food, traveling to immerse myself in other cultures, and listening to music that feeds the soul while dancing it out. Iโ€™m passionate about helping patients find realistic, sustainable ways to enjoy the foods they love while making meaningful progress.

Approach to care

Science guides the plan and your life shapes how we use it. I draw from current research and proven protocols while keeping conversations warm and nonjudgmental. Weโ€™ll move forward with clear, action-oriented steps that you can actually sustain, focusing on behaviors and overall wellbeing rather than a single number. My work is holistic and weight-neutral, so we consider mental, emotional, and physical factors. I aim to teach you the why behind each strategy so you feel empowered to make informed, lasting changes.

Your first session with Patricia

When we meet for the first time, we'll take time to review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll talk through your routines, wins, and frustrations so we can set one or two short-term, achievable goals together. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation, so you donโ€™t need to have everything figured out. My goal is that you leave with clarity, a realistic next step, and a plan we can adapt as we go.
