About Pasua

Hi! I’m a Hmong-American, bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes food is meant to be enjoyed and can be a powerful tool for taking care of your health. My early love for food inspired me to explore how what we eat can shape how we feel every day. I believe health is a journey, and the habits we build along the way shape where we end up. I’m dedicated to guiding my clients toward lasting results that fit their life—whether it’s improving energy, losing weight, or simply feeling better overall. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits that allow you to feel your best, without the overwhelm or judgment.

Approach to care

I take a personalized, client-focused approach to care, working closely with each person to set realistic and achievable goals that fit their preferences, culture, and lifestyle. My approach is all about making small, simple changes that add up over time, so clients can create lasting habits that are easy to keep. I offer a judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their challenges. By listening carefully to understand their needs, I provide the support they need to work through obstacles and find solutions. Together, we build a plan that helps them achieve long-term health and well-being.

Your first session with Pasua

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding your background. We’ll discuss your goals, current eating habits, health history, life style, and past experiences that may have influenced your relationship with food. This conversation helps build a clear picture of where you’re starting from. You’ll also be introduced to a meal logging journal to begin recording your meals so we can better understand your usual eating patterns and what influences your food choices.
