About Pam
For 28 years I've helped people find practical nutrition solutions that last a lifetime. I hold a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and practice as an RDN and CDCES, bringing experience from community health, hospital care, and telehealth. I love translating evidence into steps people can actually use, especially when managing diabetes. Based in Utah, I enjoy hiking, cycling, running, or camping, and I love helping people live their healthiest life that they want to live.
Approach to care
Evidence and compassion shape how I work with patients. I draw on current research and proven protocols to create clear, practical steps we'll try together, while honoring a Health At Every Size perspective that focuses on behaviors and function rather than weight. Our conversations are judgment-free and holistic, addressing sleep, stress, and daily routines. I also prioritize education so you understand the why behind recommendations, making changes sustainable over time.
Your first session with Pam
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll talk about what's been working, what feels hard, and what you hope to change, then establish short-term goals that feel manageable. You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll leave with one or two practical steps and a clear plan for follow-up so we can build steady, lasting progress together.
