About Olivia
With six years of experience as a registered dietitian, my clinical work in hospitals has taught me how to guide patients in every different type of medical condition with nutrition applications that work for their daily lives. I earned a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2020 and practice as an RD/LD in Oklahoma City. Outside the hospital youâll find me reading, taking long outdoor walks, and savoring good food. I believe nutrition should feel enjoyable as well as sensible and that all foods can fit within a healthy diet.
Approach to care
I combine current science with warm, nonjudgmental support so we can make lasting change without dieting culture. I use evidence-based strategies and a Health At Every Size mindset to focus on behaviors and well-being, not weight. We'll work together, setting clear, achievable steps and track what matters most to you. I also prioritize the whole person, helping you understand the why behind recommendations so you can make confident, sustainable choices.
Your first session with Olivia
Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation where we'll explore your relationship with food, medical history, routines, and what matters to you most. We'll dig into whatâs helped and what hasnât, and together we'll set short-term goals that feel doable. Thereâs no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end you'll have clear next steps and a plan we can adjust as you progress.
