About Olivia

My passion for nutrition has shaped both my career and everyday life. With an MS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, I’ve worked in hospital settings and private practice, including roles at UC Health, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and Queens Medical Center Honolulu. Being part of a military family has taught me how to adapt and truly meet people where they are. As a family we love hiking, surfing, camping, and traveling, and I bring that same sense of exploration into helping clients build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits.

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy guide how we work together. As an RDN I translate current research into clear, practical steps while honoring your life, values, and goals. We'll prioritize sustainable habits over quick fixes, using a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens so health isn't defined by a number. My work is holistic and educational, addressing sleep, stress, and family rhythms, and I set direct, manageable actions paired with compassionate accountability.

Your first session with Olivia

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll talk through your routines, successes, and frustrations, establish short-term goals that feel achievable, and create a practical meal plan you can try between visits. You don't need to have everything figured out; we'll work together to prioritize steps and adjust the plan so progress is sustainable and fits your real life.
