About Olivia
Nutrition has always felt equal parts science and connection to me. I bring four years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, shaped by time working in clinical and hospital settings in Detroit. Outside of appointments you might catch me baking, coaching softball, or working out. I care about making nutrition practical and sustainable, so we create plans that fit your life, not the other way around.
Approach to care
I rely on current research to build plans that actually fit into real life. In sessions we'll translate evidence into clear, actionable steps while keeping conversations warm and non-judgmental. I use a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens, seeing the whole person rather than a number. Education matters to me, so I help you understand the why behind recommendations and support you in building sustainable habits we can adjust together.
Your first session with Olivia
I create a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and explore what matters most to you. You don't need to have all the answers. I will help you identify one or two short-term goals and outline simple, practical steps you can try before we meet again. I'm here to make the visit low-pressure, educational, and focused on realistic progress we can build on together.
