About Olivia
Food has always been both a science and a joy for me. I earned a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Akron University and have spent four years as a Registered Dietitian working in private practice. As an RDN and LDN, I bring evidence-based planning together with practical, real-life strategies so you can reach nutrition goals without giving up the things you love. Outside of work you’ll find me at CrossFit, out for a run, baking something new, or curled up with a good book.
Approach to care
Evidence informs every recommendation I make, and your life informs how we put that evidence into practice. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we'll set clear, action-oriented steps and build accountability that feels doable. I work from a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens, considering sleep, stress, movement, and emotions alongside food. Teaching you practical skills is central so changes are sustainable and you feel confident making choices long term.
Your first session with Olivia
Expect a relaxed, collaborative visit where we'll talk through your history, routines, and what's most important to you. We'll identify a couple of short-term, achievable goals and build a straightforward meal plan together that fits your schedule and preferences. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet. By the end you'll have clear next steps and a plan you can actually use as we move forward together.
