About Olivia

Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm an RDN and LD with six years of experience in private practice, community health, and clinical settings. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I love turning nutrition science into practical guidance you can actually use. When I'm not working with clients, you might find me traveling, hiking, or baking, which keeps my curiosity about food and culture alive. I believe every person deserves support that fits their life, goals, and rhythm, and I feel grateful to walk beside you on this journey.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends evidence based science with warmth and partnership. We'll translate current guidelines into simple, doable steps that fit your day to day life. I value empathy and a nonjudgmental stance, because you deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is direct and action oriented, so you leave with clear next steps and a practical plan. I practice with a weight neutral, HAES informed perspective and emphasize holistic well being, recognizing that sleep, stress, and mood influence eating. Education is central, so you understand why we choose each strategy and can apply it on your own.

Your first session with Olivia

During our first appointment, we'll focus on you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, explore your relationship with food, and discuss your goals and challenges. Together we'll co-create a personalized meal plan that respects your preferences and schedule. We'll set short-term goals that are realistic and motivating, with clear action steps for the coming week. No need to have everything figured out beforehand; we'll take it one step at a time in a supportive, collaborative space.
