About Nicole
Food and human connection have shaped my career.  With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Iâve supported individuals in reaching their personal health goals through motivation, education, and practical guidance. I specialize in diabetes management including medications, technology, and lifestyle strategies. With clinical experience in cardiac rehab, weight management (both weight loss and weight gain), long term care and care management, I meet people where they are. Iâve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds around the world, and Iâm passionate about turning evidence-based recommendations into realistic, everyday habits. I believe small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful, lifelong improvements in both physical and mental health. Evidence guides what I recommend, and empathy shapes how we do it together. I focus on sustainable behavior change and whole-person well-being rather than quick fixes. Together, weâll break down research-backed strategies into clear, actionable steps that fit your life. Your first session with Nicole
Expect a relaxed, supportive session that centers around you.  We'll review your health history, including sleep, stress, movement, your eating patterns, along with any relevant lab work (cholesterol/lipid panel, metabolic panel, A1c) and health metrics (weight, height, blood pressure). This is also a chance for me to get to know you - your goals, your challenges, and what âsuccessâ looks like in your life. From there weâll create a few achievable short-term goals to get you started on your journey.  You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll focus on what matters most to you and build a plan that feels realistic, sustainable and aligned with your day - to âday life. I look forward to meeting you and helping you get started.
