About Nicole
Nutrition has been the thread through my entire life, guiding my work in hospitals, sports nutrition programs, and outpatient telehealth nutrition therapy. Away from work I love running, skiing, reading, hiking, playing tennis, and snuggling my dog. My goal is simple, to help you build a way of eating and living that supports your health now and into the future, and to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. I specialize in chronic kidney disease, weight management, heart health, GLP-1 support, and women’s health, including perimenopause. Through my work, I’ve seen how small, consistent changes can dramatically improve not only health outcomes, but also confidence and overall well-being. Nutrition is one of the most powerful and controllable factors in your long-term health, and I’m passionate about helping you use it to your advantage.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, research based, and goal-focused. We’ll work together to build sustainable habits rather than relying on restrictive or short-term fixes. I place a strong emphasis on behavior change and mindset, because lasting results come from changing the way you think about food and your health, not just what you eat. Working with me is structured, supportive, and personalized. I provide clear direction and accountability while still meeting you where you are. My counseling style is warm, encouraging, and educational, with a strong focus on helping you feel confident in your choices. You won’t just be told what to do, you’ll understand why it matters and how to maintain it long term.
Your first session with Nicole
Expect a thoughtful, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history, lab work or biometrics, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. You don't need to have everything figured out or bring a perfect food log. We'll listen to your story, clarify priorities, and translate medical details into manageable, personalized actions. By the end you'll have a couple of practical steps to try and a clear sense of how we'll work together toward lasting change.
