About Nicole
I bring two years of hands-on experience as a Registered Dietitian in New York City, where I worked in clinical hospital settings and community health programs. Outside of appointments you'll often find me baking (and eating!) pastries, lost in a murder mystery, or planning a road trip.
Approach to care
Food and health are personal, and I ground our work in current science while meeting you where you are. I use a weight-neutral HAES framework, focusing on behaviors, well-being, and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes or restrictive diets. We'll work together with clear, evidence-based steps, educational guidance, and accountability, while honoring the emotional and lifestyle parts of eating. My goal is to help you build lasting change without judgment.
Your first session with Nicole
Expect a warm, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a close look at your relationship with food. We'll talk through what matters to you, then establish realistic short-term goals that feel doable. Together we'll leave with a clear next step and a plan that respects your life and priorities.
