About Nicole

Food and movement shape both my work and my life. With 18 years as a Registered Dietitian and a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Cal State Long Beach, I’ve built most of my experience in the Los Angeles area and in London, working in a behavioral‑health hospital, community nutrition programs, and private practice. I specialize in Intuitive Eating and Eating Disorder support, helping people create a balanced, peaceful relationship with food grounded in evidence, curiosity and compassion. Now based in Seattle, I support clients in finding realistic, sustainable ways of nourishing themselves. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me hiking or camping, making sourdough, practicing yoga or Pilates, lifting weights, or chasing after my two little boys.

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy guide how I partner with patients. I practice from a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size perspective, prioritizing behavior change and sustainable habits over quick fixes or diet rules. We'll use research-backed strategies and clear, actionable steps so progress feels manageable. I listen without judgment, address emotional and lifestyle factors alongside nutrition, and focus on education so you can make informed choices that fit your life long term.

Your first session with Nicole

During your first visit, there’s a lot of listening. We’ll take time to review your medical history and explore your relationship with food — what feels supportive, what feels stressful, and what you’re hoping for. This is a judgment‑free, low‑pressure conversation where we’re really just getting to know each other and understanding your needs and wants. If it feels helpful, we can set short‑term, realistic goals together, and you’ll leave with clear, practical next steps. I’ll offer education and tools to help you begin building sustainable habits that fit your real life.
