About Natia
Nutrition has been my career and my curiosity for more than two decades. With an MS in Nutrition and a BS in Sports Biology, I bring 22 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian from both hospital and outpatient settings. I blend clinical know-how with practical counseling to help people build healthier relationships with food. Outside the office you'll find me on beach walks with my dog, cooking, reading, or refinishing furniture. I’m passionate about realistic changes that fit your life.
Approach to care
I ground my work in current science while staying warm and judgment-free, so we can make sustainable changes together. I believe health is about more than a number on the scale. My approach focuses on overall well-being, body function and realistic changes that lead to lasting results. You’ll get clear, actionable steps and the education you need to make informed choices. Together we’ll work through challenges, adjust as needed, and build habits that last - focusing on you as a whole person, not just what you eat.
Your first session with Natia
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we review your medical history and talk through what’s been working and what hasn’t. We’ll explore your goals and set a couple of practical short-term steps to get you moving forward. My aim is to make this a low-pressure visit where you feel heard, supported, and leave with a clear, doable plan we’ll refine together.
