About Nan
I have 16 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, and I've worked in a variety of settings including, clinical hospital care, corporate wellness, and community health. Throughout my career, I've focused on cutting through confusing nutrition 'noise' and helping people build simple, sustainable habits. Outside of work I'm a mom of two, love fitness, trying new foods, watching sports, and getting outdoors. I aim to make nutrition fit your real life, not the other way around.
Approach to care
Food and health deserve both compassion and clear science. I ground recommendations in current evidence while listening to your story, goals, and barriers. We will work together to create direct, practical steps you can follow long term, focusing on behavior change rather than quick fixes or diet rules. My practice is weight-neutral and whole-person focused, so we consider mental, emotional, and physical factors.
Your first session with Nan
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we review your medical history, look over any lab work or biometrics you have, and talk about what matters most to you. We'll identify one to three short-term, realistic goals and outline practical next steps you can start right away. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. We'll move at a pace that fits your life and build sustainable habits together.
